I went on the wintering retreat a couple of years ago, and it was the most amazing way to start the year. A beautiful house in the Scottish highlands, right next to a loch with snow on the mountains made for the perfect location. We ate lovely, healthy but tasty food, did yoga and swam in the loch with the mountains in the background, before warming up in the horse box sauna. A truly memorable and invigorating way to start the year, all led by the inspiring Dr Jones.
