Fergus is an entrepreneur, a trainee Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and the joint-owner of a horsebox sauna. His passion for sauna and cold water developed through his own wellbeing practices. He is now on a mission to spread the word about the incredible benefits of thermotherapy.
